Sandwiched between two exclusive golf resorts in Baia das Gatas, this fabulous villa development is located only 200m from the Ernie Els golf resort and a couple of minutes stroll to the sea front. The villas have high quality custom built kitchens, fitted wardrobes, and top quality bathrooms. An open plan living and dining area gives a light and spacious feel downstairs. The living room leads out to a large terrace and pool area which has ample room to accommodate sun-beds, tables, barbeque and eating areas.

The first floor contains two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms come with high quality fitted wardrobes, T.V. and telephone sockets. Each bedroom opens out onto a large terrace which wraps around the top floor giving a potential 180 degree views.

All the villas have private pool fully surrounded by terracotta tiles and their own water recycling system for the gardens. The construction is being project managed and supervised by an Irish constructor to ensure that the villas will meet the highest international quality standards. Completion of the show house will be in Summer 2009, and each villa will commence construction thereafter.
