Purchase Process

Our purchase process,  for the Ocean Park Villas project, could not be simpler...

In our download section you will find an example of the promissory contract which you can download and view at any time.

Contact us to establish which unit you would like, and on verifying the availability, we will send you a reservation form for you to complete.

It is probably easier for you to scan and email this back to us at our email address which is given in our "contact" page on the website. However, if you wish to fax it then please fax to 00 238 232 6867.

Our bank details will be provided on the reservation form, and on receipt of your reservation funds, we will immediately notify you and provide a receipt.

We will then ask you for passport details and everything else necessary for us to complete a draft of your promissory contract, and provide this to you and/or your lawyer (or refer you to a lawyer if you wish) along with all necessary legal paperwork. From this point, we take it as our obligation to work with your lawyer to provide everything asked for. Once this is done, you will be ready for the contract signing.

Once the contract is signed and the financial payments are made, we commence construction. We will keep you informed, with photos on a monthly basis, on the progress of your villa, and once all payment stages are completed in line with construction, you will be ready to complete your purchase and take occupation of your villa.

We do take pride in our after sales care, and will work with you and your lawyer on any items during this stage. We can even refer you to reputable companies to provide furniture.
